Will you restock your products?
Yes, all sold-out items will be restocked within 1 to 2 months. For updates, follow us on Instagram (@kamiforkamu) and turn on the notifications button.
How do you pack the bags?
- For regular shipments, your items will be packaged in a dustbag and KAMI’s green box then wrapped in plastic or bubble wrap. We cannot guarantee the box will arrive in perfect condition due to external shipping factors.
- If the order is a gift, we recommend selecting gift wrapping paper as an add-on to ensure the item is securely packaged with an additional protective box.
- As part of our sustainability efforts, we consolidate orders with multiple items into a single box when possible. If you prefer individual packaging for each item, kindly leave a note during checkout.
- Please note that paper bags are only available for in-store purchases and instant courier deliveries; they are not sold separately.

Do I have to pay customs duties and taxes?
Customs duties and taxes depend on your country’s regulations. We are not responsible for any customs fees incurred during delivery. Please confirm with your local customs office before placing your order.
How do I create an account?
To create an account, click the ‘Sign In’ button above the navigation bar, then click ‘Sign Up’ to create a new account. You will receive an email with an activation link. Click the link to set your password and activate your account. A confirmation email will be sent once your account is active.
Do you offer a product warranty?
We do not offer a warranty, but we accept complaints if you provide an unboxing video within 2 days of receiving your order.
How do I use a discount code?
Enter the discount code on the checkout page by typing it into the relevant field and clicking ‘Apply.
Will the product look exactly the same as in the photographs?
Due to differences in screen resolution and lighting, you may notice slight color variations in the product compared to the website images. These are not considered defects. For real customer reviews and images, check out our Instagram highlights.

What kind of leathers do you use?
We use high-grade vegan leather and microfiber leather, which are soft, durable, and resemble real leather.
How do I care for my leather products?
- Store in a cool, dry room with proper air circulation.
- Place silica gel packets inside the bag.
- Use a bag shaper or bubble wrap for support.
- Keep away from direct sunlight.
- Avoid hanging or stacking the bag excessively.
- Don’t overload the bag.
- Steer clear of sharp objects.
- For stain removal, use baby oil, eucalyptus oil, or an alcohol-free leather cleaner.
