KAMI Gift Wrapping
Our gift wrapping service is available for all types of bags and includes the following items: a dust bag, KAMI green box, gift wrapping paper, ribbon, an optional greeting/ birthday card, bubble wrap, and an extra box for outer protection of both the main box and the gift wrapping paper.
Disclaimer: If you choose not to include gift wrapping, we will use a box lined with plastic or bubble wrap. However, we cannot guarantee that the box will arrive in perfect condition due to shipping factors beyond our control. For gift purchases, we strongly recommend adding the gift wrapping option. This will allow us to provide an extra box for enhanced protection of the main box and wrapping paper.
If you are checking out with a birthday or greeting card, please include your message in the notes at checkout. If the notes are left blank, the card will be sent blank.
Note: We request that you record an unboxing video before opening the package, without cuts or edits. Without clear proof in the unboxing video, we will not accept any complaints. Thank you!

Disclaimer: Jika kamu memilih untuk tidak menggunakan gift wrapping, kami akan menggunakan KAMI green box yang dilapisi plastik atau bubble wrap. Namun, kami tidak dapat menjamin box akan tiba dalam kondisi sempurna karena faktor pengiriman di luar kendali kami. Untuk pembelian sebagai hadiah, kami sangat menyarankan untuk menambahkan additional gift wrapping. Hal ini memungkinkan kami menyediakan box tambahan untuk perlindungan ekstra terhadap box utama dan kertas kado.
Jika kamu checkout dengan kartu ucapan atau kartu ulang tahun, mohon sertakan pesan kamu di bagian notes saat checkout. Jika notes kosong, kartu akan dikirim dalam keadaan kosong.
Catatan: Wajib merekam video unboxing sebelum membuka paket, tanpa potongan atau edit. Tanpa bukti yang jelas dalam video unboxing, kami tidak akan menerima keluhan apa pun. Terima kasih

All orders are processed and shipped from Surabaya. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing regular shipment. We kindly ask for your patience during peak periods, such as payday or special sale dates, as we may experience a high volume of orders.

For international shipments, we use Rayspeed Asia and Abang Express. The estimated time of arrival (ETA) depends on your location.

Complaints & Returns Policy
To process any complaints, please provide an uncut, unedited unboxing video. Start from the sealed package upon arrival, showing the entire unboxing process until the defective part is revealed. Please note that we do not accept exchanges or refunds once a purchase has been completed.
